Frequently asked questions

Are the products I’m buying covered by a warranty?

Yes. Most products carry a manufacturer’s repair warranty which cover faulty workmanship or materials. If you have a concern with the product you have purchased please contact us and we will respond to your query within 48 hours. Please refer to our warranty section for more information.


Do you deliver outside of Australia?

No. We currently do not deliver outside of Australia.


How long will it take to received my order?

Orders received prior to 1pm on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day where the product is in stock. Orders received after 1pm, on a weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day where the product is in stock. If the product you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. You can request a full refund where the product has not yet been shipped and the estimated dispatch date is not suitable for your circumstances.   

Delivery times will vary according to your location but generally delivery times of 3-5 days are usual.

Can you deliver to my PO Box?

No. We use Fastway couriers for all our deliveries therefore we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. All parcels must be signed for and cannot be left so please ensure the address you provide is one where an authorised person is able to accept your delivery.
